You can group your memory cards together as a set

At a large event, there can be lots of people taking pictures... so many that it fills up an attendee’s memory card.

SwapNeat Photo Share takes care of this, by allowing an attendee to group all their memory cards together into a set. This provides the following benefits:

• The user doesn’t get extra copies of the photos from their first memory card on their second memory card
• The user doesn’t get multiple copies of the photos contributed by other attendees
• The user doesn’t have to enter their name and initials again: they are preserved between cards and even between events!

Shared photos get names that help identify the contributor

SwapNeat Photo Share copies other contributors’ photos onto your memory card, using the photographer’s initials in the file name to help you know who took the photo.

Metadata is tagged into the photos

The name of the event, the location, the photographer’s name and copyright information are all automatically inserted into the photo files.

Remove individual files from the shared photo set

The right-click mouse button menu on the ThumbStrip tiles lets you remove photos from the collection. This way, you can control which photos are shared amongst your guests.

Use any memory card to get your copy of the shared photos

You can use any kind of memory card you have to get copies of the shared photos... that way, you can keep the space on your memory card that is used in your camera open for your own pictures.

Multiple card readers and simultaneous swaps work great!

If you are hosting a large event, you can plug up to 4 memory card readers into the computer, and SwapNeat Photo Share will manage the process seamlessly, making sure all the memory cards are properly read and written to.
