1) Set up a computer with a memory card reader at the event...
Your guests will share their photos right at your event, on a single computer.
The computer needs to have a memory card reader, either built-in, or plugged into a USB port. Netbooks with built-in memory card readers work great with SwapNeat Photo Share!
2) Set the Start Time for the event...
Give your event a name and set the start time for the event, and click “Start Swapping”.
3) SwapNeat Photo Share waits for guests to insert their memory cards...
After the event is configured, SwapNeat Photo Share waits for your guests to insert their memory cards, so photos can be copied from memory cards to the computer, and shared from the computer to the memory cards.
There’s no hard work for you to do, copying photos for your guests. SwapNeat Photo Share takes care of everything.
4) Your guests insert a memory card to contribute files...
When a guest inserts their memory card, the photos that were taken at the event are contributed to the file pool.
SwapNeat Photo Share uses the event start time to make sure that only photos taken at the event are copied.
SwapNeat Photo Share even corrects for camera clocks not being set properly.
5) SwapNeat Photo Share copies photos automatically...
SwapNeat Photo Share uses the Event Start Time to figure out which photos on the memory card were taken at the event.
It keep tracks of which photos in the collection haven’t been copied to the memory card, and makes sure every gets all the photos, and nobody gets duplicates.
The user just has to wait a few moments for the copying to complete...
6) Your guest removes their memory card...
When SwapNeat Photo Share is finished copying photos, it will prompt your guest to remove their memory card.
Your guest can put the memory card back in their camera and review the new photos on the camera’s LCD screen.
7) That’s it!
Your guests can share their photos as many times as they want. SwapNeat Photo Share will keep track and make sure they don't contribute or receive any duplicate files.
Before your guests leave, they can insert their memory card one last time, and get all caught up with the photos other guests have shared. They’ll have lots of new photos on their camera to discover!
